KMI Structural Integration is a multi-session (usually 10-15) series based on the teachings of Dr. Ida P. Rolf and redesigned by Tom Myers. It is an anatomically based system designed to rebalance the body and achieve the most comfortable and optimal posture available. This is facilitated by releasing the body from life-long patterns of tension, holding stress and injury; thereby allowing the individual to be anatomically comfortable and efficient. This is achieved through connective tissue/fascial manipulation combined with movement, breathing and awareness. The intent of KMI Structural Integration is to encourage the client to be a partner in his/her own healing process.
